TECHNICAL PARAMETER

This automatic sausage portioning and twisting device connects to a hydraulic filling machine via a filling tube nut.

This twisting device is suitable for all types of meat, emulsions, or minced products.

It is suitable for natural, protein plastic casings, and cellulose casings. Portion size (±10g~99999g, your desired size) and twisting speed are adjustable.

Capacity: 100-200 sections/minute, maximum capacity 250kg/h.

It comes with one stainless steel filling tube (ø10, ø12, ø14, ø16, ø18, ø20), ø10 and ø20 are optional or can be customized.

The internal rubber sleeve assembly of the twisting brake is available in different sizes. Different diameter filling tubes can be fitted with corresponding rubber sleeve assemblies for easy twisting of the corresponding sausages.
